Hi All those nervous and obsessive Rhinoplasty people!!! This sight is fantastic, this is my first post and last. I have been reading everyone elses posts for months before my Op and also while investigating who I was going to use. Lets break it down for everyone trying to find the right surgon. Lets not fuff around and have a long debate about it theres only 3 surgeons in the UK who you can do your nose the probabillity is if they mess it up your just very unlucky IM, Bassim Matti and JRJ. Dont go see any one else! Okay if you have money issues than SAVE UP! So for me I live in Central London so Harley street is very convenient for me so JRJ out of the question im sure hes a nice guy but after finding out IM taught him his skills this did not worry me. So it was BM and IM consultations. Bm very interesting booked an appointment he made me wait 2 hours told me what was wrong told me what he was going to do bye bye thankyou by the way it will cost £8000....okay.Far too rushed my feeling is he would give me a nice nose but the change would have been tooo drastic. IM calm collected on time did not rush me new what I wanted and felt straight away he was the one also for the fact that he has a reputation for doing conservative rhinoplasty meaning I still look the same just an improvement and no one will know I had it done. So two weeks ago had it done....I told IM after cast off your not a Plastic surgon you are a magician.
I look the same my nose is not drastically different the bump is gone the tip lifted slightly. I am over the moon...I have a nose i always wanted, and the best thing is it looks sooooo natural.... also no one knows!! but really I should not have even told my parents they would not have known. Eveyone I promise no one nose its all in the head. The nose looks soo natural and does not look like its been operated on ...all of those poeple with the obvious nose jobs just got it done by an amateur. Lets put it this way this type of surgery needs alot of practice and IM has been doing just noses for 35 years and has done thousands im sure his first 200 werent that great or even first 500. Its a surgery surgons need to make mistakes on people to understand how to get it right...if you no what I mean. IM is passionate about noses and you can tell he likes what he does. BM i think he is really fantastic and talented at what he does but hes more concerned with his numbers and money in the till. He was much more expensive than IM but I went with IM i am positive this is a reflection on BM abusing his popularity and IM keeping integrity by charging an expensive price but not being exthortionate. My view is the most expensive will be the best and its so not in this case. IM FOR SURE. Hes my guy. I Crown him number 1 Rhinoplasty surgeon in the Country.
Thank you for everyone who post pics thanks to all the people on the forum thanks to all ......love you all hope you all get fantastic noses or have a fantastic life with your new nose, sorry about all the Polly beaks the a, m or v deformities. There are some people on the forum with psychological problems rather than nose problems hope you get your issues sorted out....Please please dont be selfish and not post pics its so important....all the best take care.
I apologise but im not doing pictures

Update... Today I had my 6 weeks post-op check-up with the Surgeon Dr Peter Paterson. The treatments he performed on me were open tip rhinoplasty & lower transconjuntival blepharoplasty, with fat repositioning. Even though it has only been 6 weeks since I had my surgery, I am very pleased with the results. I no longer have puffiness under my eyes & my nose is no longer bulbous, it is more refined.
I feel very lucky to have found a high quality surgeon.

hiya,
basically ive been wanting to get rhinoplasty done since the age of about 13. im now 17.
i went to a consultation for the first time yesterday at the spire lea hospital and it was the worst £150 spent in my life!!! i wouldnt of even payed £10 if i knew how useless it was going to be.
the surgeon litereally did some scribbles on an envelope (supposed to of been my nose) and was saying that that was how my nose would be. i was so shocked that this was all i had to see, and tbh he had to keep leaving the room a few tmes because his pone kept going off. so its definatly a no for the spire lea hospital.
ive been doing some research of places in london and ive came across a surgeon named 'Mr Lucian Ion' his website shows all of is certificated and awards etc but there wasnt many reviews. im thinking of booking a consultation with him, but i dont want to waste my money like last time. can anyone help??!
thank you
xx
