After waiting 10 years  Ive finally booked in for my op for breast augmentation, 30th aug getting nervous now and was just wondering if anyone had any feedback, first time on here!
im going from small 34a/b to 34d/dd 420cc round super high profile silicone gel implants,
from the natrelle range. im with the hospital group and surgeon marcos sfoza .

hello ladies just booked an holiday to cyprus i will be 3 weeks 2 days post op my surgeon said i could fly but cant help thinking this might be to soon what do you think

Hi everyone,well now im relaxing at home and in my own bed and watching t.v, id like to share

my lovely experience with you all,so here goes......me and my fiance lee got ready and left home at 5A.M on fri 4th june,travelled from essex to EBBSFLEET INTERNATIONAL STATION (it took about an hour) to get there,then about 6.3oAM we got on the euro star to BRUSSELS midi station that took about 2 hours 7 mins  then when we got to BRUSSELS we had to get a connecting train to a place called BERCHERM station, that took 45 mins then once in  BERCHERM we had to get yet another connecting train to a place called BEVEREN but thank god this train took only 10 mins!!! by this time we were absolutley exhausted lol!!!! we had to ask a couple of people where BOSDRAM HOTEL was, and it wasnt even a 10 min walk away from the station!! anyway once we had got to the hotel  at 12.15P.M we saw the outside of the hotel and  we were taken by surprise at the gorgeous gardens and beautiful statues, trees,and scenery and inside ..well what can i say it looked so regal!!!..any way we booked in and chatted to the owner for a bit who was ALBERT,a sweet man and then  a lady showed us to our lovely room,the wooden beams were quite low tho and i  managed to bang my poor head about 6 times!!! my o.h is a bit taller than me and he didnt bang his head once!! i moaned to him that you had to be the size of the borrowers to walk freely round the room and bathroom or put up with walking around like a PENNY HUNTER TO AVOID BRAIN DAMAGE LOL!!! he darent say a word and put it down to me stressing about my boob op at 4.30 that afternoon.
Anyway we unpacked,freshened up and looked  around the town BEVEREN and then popped into SINGELBURG CLINIC- A 10 MIN WALK AWAY FROM OUR HOTEL! and met my surgeon again-DR OELBRANDT  to let him know we made it there ok,i then signed my consent forms and he took me to a room to try various implants in this bra he supplied,i told him -as you can see again im a droopy 38d with plenty of skin to fill and like at my original consultation he said they were an even size to begin with and that i still had some volume left for him to work with and he advised again that there was no need for an uplift thank goodness!! he also advised me that partial unders and high profile would suit me best,i then said i jst want to be FULLER,ROUND AND PERT!! NOT SHINY PLASTIC LOOKING!! i tried various implants in the bra he supplied and when i tried the 475CC  ROUND COHESIVE GEL TEXTURED IMPLANT  i thought WOWSA!!!!! i want them!!! he and two of his collegues who were going to do my op with him-( a male and a female) ageed they would suit my frame!!  they were all such friendly, caring, kind and professional people.
then DR OELBRANDT said we will see you at 4.30P.M!!so me and lee went into the town again  and got some bits and bobs and then had a bite to eat when i got a text msg on my mobile about 3.15P.M from DR OELBRANDT saying we are ready for you now!!!!!! OMG ITS GOING TO  HAPPEN EVEN  SOONER!!!! so i trotted over to the clinic got shown to my room ,and the lady said get undressed and that i can leave my knickers on if i prefer, i said ok then laughed so did she-bless her,,she then said theres a dressing gown on the chair and slippers also for you to wear to the operating theatre,she then left me to it,then DR O CAME IN MARKED ME UP AND TOOK PICTURES OF MY PRE-OP BOOBS,then  the lady  came back in  5mins later and took me to theatre and they then started preparing me whilst chatting to me to relax me and then  put the needle thingy in my arm and i started to feel sleepy and then before i knew it i was waking up from my SEDATION and felt comfortable,and was taken  back to my room which had dimmed spot-lites put on instead of the previous bright one,i was well chilled out lol!!I was then given my prescription for my meds etc, soon after, lee came in and  i got ready to go- when i felt (with it) so to speak, and me and lee took a little peek at the new additions and i said WOW!!! lee said PHWOOARRR!!!!and i noticed that hadnt lost any sensation in my nipples,just a bit numb at the top and a bit numb round the scar underneath!! my fiance lee who can be sooo sweet said he loved my boobs before and said i didnt need to have them done-but i know i did!!  they were like un-firm jelly!!!  yuk!!!   lol!!!  but he respects it was MY DECISION and he treated me to my new boobs to help me  build up my confidence,also an early wedding gift so my boobs look great in my wedding dress, i feel more  feminine and girly to and although they are sore and bruised i wouldnt change it for the world as i know it heals and i know the pain will subside,but one thing that i know wont go away and that is my new found  confidence!!!  I SOOOO LOVE MY BOOBIES NOW!!!! so im getting back to my chilling -out now,as lee has just made me yet another cuppa.i will add my before and after pics as soon as i can. hope i havent bored you all lol!!!! thanks for reading love n hugs karen xxxx

Hi Everyone,

I'm Maddie and new this this site, so I hope I doing this right lol.

I'm 22 years old, 5'2 and just over 7 stone. I'm looking to get a boob job but really really confused about everything which I'm sure many of you are or have been too. I'm currently a 32B, thinking about going to a 32D (I want to look natural but not really sure it's worth paying all that money for one cup size).

So far I have been to 3 consultations (Harley, Transform and MYA) but only met one sugeon. I met Mr Bassem Nathan at Transform, I didnt really get to talk to him for very long as he was in a bit of a rush. He recommended that I go for a 190cc which woiuld take me up to about a D cup. I was very impressed with pictures of his work as they all seem very natural and all look amazing. I'm not sure about the 190cc though, after speaking to other people this seems pretty small.

Have any of you had any experiance with Mr Nathan, or had any surgery through transform?

I seem things mentioned on here that Transform do not use BAAPS registered surgeon, what exactly does this mean, do they need to be registered with them?

I'm also looking to meet with a surgeon at MYA called Mr Ciro Adamo, does anyone have any experience with him?

Sorry for the essay, just really confused about everthing. I'm sure you can all appreciate it's a big decision to make and I want to make sure I make the right one.
