Hi Everyone,

I'm Maddie and new this this site, so I hope I doing this right lol.

I'm 22 years old, 5'2 and just over 7 stone. I'm looking to get a boob job but really really confused about everything which I'm sure many of you are or have been too. I'm currently a 32B, thinking about going to a 32D (I want to look natural but not really sure it's worth paying all that money for one cup size).

So far I have been to 3 consultations (Harley, Transform and MYA) but only met one sugeon. I met Mr Bassem Nathan at Transform, I didnt really get to talk to him for very long as he was in a bit of a rush. He recommended that I go for a 190cc which woiuld take me up to about a D cup. I was very impressed with pictures of his work as they all seem very natural and all look amazing. I'm not sure about the 190cc though, after speaking to other people this seems pretty small.

Have any of you had any experiance with Mr Nathan, or had any surgery through transform?

I seem things mentioned on here that Transform do not use BAAPS registered surgeon, what exactly does this mean, do they need to be registered with them?

I'm also looking to meet with a surgeon at MYA called Mr Ciro Adamo, does anyone have any experience with him?

Sorry for the essay, just really confused about everthing. I'm sure you can all appreciate it's a big decision to make and I want to make sure I make the right one.

hi all,
was just wondering about peoples experience and any advice about getting breast enlargement done,
im 20 and im about 5'5 and my boobs are 34b and i want to be about a dd, im all booked to have them done on the 23rd of july with dr khan from transform and im exclited but really nervous!!
please if you have any advice or tips or any experience i would love to hear about it

In Gordon Ramsays words...DONE...or at least my choices are!!

I've decided on MYA!! I had my consultation with them and they were brilliant. I've been through consultations with Harley and MYA, I was meant to go through Red Rose as well but decided against it!! Reasoning below!..

Harley - Just wanted my money! Waits were long. Advise was minimal and very routine, no personal sense. I was in a waiting room where there was only one seat free out of around 30!! It was mental!! You felt like a number! No fun. Surgeon, WELL, he made me worse than I went in!!!! Turns out I need an uplift!! My breast have never seen sagging, and there not tiny ...I just LOVE big breasts!!! This man was telling me how one was hugely different than the other, one nipple was lower than the other, a bit of an uplift needed and would only take me 2 sizes bigger than I am....... er, Jog on!

Red Rose Cosmetics...... I like the idea of this company, it's local and very friendly. They gave me the name of surgeon over the phone. Consultations aren't readily available but that didn't bother me. After lots of research, for a supposedly large NW company, I couldn't find any info about the surgeon or really anyone who's been with them..... I cancelled the appointment. MYA....  Everything about them seems right!!! It's like most private clinics. On a beautifully expensive street in a huge city. The waiting room was like a lounge rather than office or doctors surgery...as they pointed out to me. You are not going to a hospital as such, hospitals are for sick people! Your not sick. This is a clinic, as is where the operation will take place. GOOD MOTO! They got grilled on alsorts of questions, and the coordinator was more like a friend than someone out to get your cash. I even quizzed her on the work she'd had, and was more than open!!!!! Here it is...

I want round implants,  over the muscle, extra large versions taking me to around a EE (presently 32d)... Prefer to be a day case, but if I have to ill stay in. £3750 to be a day case... £4250 overnight!!!!

Seeing my surgeon in 2 weeks....operation 29th of June!!!!!!!!........
